Sandy Grossman-Morris
Sandy has been designing and creating things for family and friends since she was a little girl. While working in health care, she spent her “off duty” time designing. As her passion for creating grew, so did the requests for her creations, and Sandy Grossman-Morris Designs was born. Her mom taught her to sew at a very early age and by high school she was designing clothing and accessories, which earned her many awards in 4H both locally and at the state level.
She has taken some of her designs into the needlepoint world and in 2008 will start expanding into Cross Stitch.
Sandy’s husband Bob is the company’s “Trade Show Roadie”, setting up the booths at trade shows and helping customers at the shows. He’s learned a lot about needlepoint through the years! Sandy’s sister, Brenda Rerucha, assists at the trade shows. In 2006 Sandy’s childhood friend, Sandy Hawke came on board SG-MD as Sales Representative. Everyone is committed to building Sandy Grossman-Morris Designs with new exciting designs and excellent customer service.
Customers in the know always look forward to Sandy’s yummy famous white chocolate deviled eggs, which she always has at market.
Sandy designs and creates from her northern California home in Brentwood, where she lives with her husband, Bob Morris. They have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Daughter, Susan Hylton is also a needlepoint designer. The grandchildren look forward to “Camp Nana” where they design and make Christmas presents for their parents.
Creativity is abundant in her family. |

Sandy Grossman-Morris is known for her commitment to those in need.
• Each year she chooses a worthy organization, creates a design and adds it to her “Giving Design” List. All of the profits from each design are given to the organizations.

• On the advisory board of The Dogwood Charitable Foundation, a non- profit organization that provides assistance to victims of disasters so that they can get back into their homes in a timely manner.
